Top Up Your Balance

Buy credits on the Plans page, then pay on the secure Stripe checkout page. Your first top-up also starts the Professional plan.

1. Open the Plans Page

Use any of these:

• Go to Billing and select Add credits on the Current balance card.
• Select Plans in the profile menu.
• In the How credits work window, select Add credits.

The Top Up Your Account page opens.

2. Choose How Many Credits to Buy

• Choose one of the credit packages, or
• enter your own number of credits in the custom amount field.

Note: Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout.

To buy more than 10,000 credits, contact us: select Contact Us for Enterprise Plan on the Plans page, use the contact form in Looking for custom terms?, or email info@gamma.earth.

Select Buy … credits to continue.

3. Review Your Purchase

The Checkout page shows what you are about to purchase.

Important: All purchases are non-refundable, and credits expire after 24 months from the date of purchase. Select View complete Fee Policy to read the full terms.

Select Proceed to Payment. The secure Stripe checkout opens.

4. Pay with Stripe

Enter your payment details on the Stripe page and complete the payment. If you leave the Stripe page without paying, you return to the Plans page and can start again.

5. After Payment

The Payment Successful! page shows your purchase summary: transaction ID, date, order number, invoice ID, and the number of credits purchased.

• Your credits usually appear in your account right away. In rare cases it can take up to 24 hours.
• A confirmation email and your invoice are sent to your billing email.
• Select View and download invoice to get your invoice. See Invoices.

Select Return to Gamma Earth Portal to go back to Billing. Your new purchase appears in Credit Balance and History.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The price changed: review the updated total, then proceed again.
• This credit package is no longer available: return to Plans and choose another option.
• Stripe could not start checkout: try again. If it continues, contact support@gamma.earth.
