Credit Balance and History
Keep track of your credit balance and see your credit purchases and until when their credits are valid.
The Current balance card on the Billing page shows how many credits you have, explains how credits work, and lets you review the credits you have bought and until when they are valid.
Where to Find It
Go to the Profile menu and select Billing, or open app.gamma.earth/billing. The Current balance card is in the General information block.
Your Current Balance
Use this card to keep track of your credit balance.
The balance is loaded when the page opens. If you have just used credits, for example through the API, reload the page to see the latest number.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| How credits work | Opens a short explanation of the credit rules. |
| View history | Opens the list of your credit purchases. |
| Add credits | Takes you to the Plans page, where you can buy more credits. |
Credits History
Select View history to open the Credits history panel. It lists the credit purchases on your account, newest first.
Each entry shows:
| In the entry | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Top-up purchase | The entry is a credit purchase. |
| Plan name and date | The plan you bought and the purchase date. |
| Active until date | The date on which the credits from this purchase expire. |
| Expired date | The credits from this purchase expired on that date. |
| + number of credits | How many credits the purchase added to your balance. |
The Active until date tells you when the credits from that purchase expire. It does not show how many of those credits you still have; your remaining credits are the number on the Current balance card.
What the History Does Not Show Yet
The history currently lists credit purchases only. It does not show:
- monthly bonus credits added to your account;
- credits spent on orders;
- credits that expired;
- credits transferred when you migrated your account.
These credits are still counted in your balance where they apply.
If the History Is Empty or Does Not Load
- No records yet means there are no credit purchases on your account.
- If the history cannot be loaded, select Try again. If the problem continues, contact support at support@gamma.earth.
