How Credits Work
Learn how you get credits, how they are used for orders, and when they expire.
Credits are the currency you use to place orders in Gamma Earth. All your credits are kept in one balance, which you can see on the Billing page in the Current balance card.
To open the short explanation in the app, go to Billing and select How credits work on the Current balance card.
75 Free Credits Every Month
All plans receive 75 free credits at the start of each month. They are added automatically; you do not need to do anything.
Top Up Anytime
You can buy credits in any amount. Purchased credits are added to the same balance as your free credits.
Example: you buy 1,000 credits and receive your 75 free monthly credits. Your balance shows 1,075 credits in total.

Credits Usage
Each order deducts credits from your balance. The amount depends on:
- the area of your AOI (area of interest);
- the region where your AOI is located.
Credits Expire After 24 Months
Purchased credits expire 24 months from the date they were granted.
Example: credits granted on Jan 1, 2026 expire on Jan 1, 2028.
Purchases are non-refundable.
